This policy describes how Meemo Wellness collects, uses, and protects your personal and health information. Last updated: April 2026.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us (account information, intake responses, health history), information generated through your use of our services (messages, visit notes, prescriptions), and technical information (device, browser, usage analytics).

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve our clinical services, communicate with you about your care, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and with your consent, for permitted research and product improvement.

3. How we share your information

We share your information with: (a) healthcare providers involved in your care, (b) pharmacies compounding and shipping your medications, (c) service providers under strict business associate agreements, (d) as required by law, and (e) with your explicit consent.

4. HIPAA

Meemo Wellness and our clinical partners are covered entities under HIPAA. Your Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in accordance with our Notice of Privacy Practices. See our Notice of Privacy Practices.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your information. California residents have additional rights under CCPA/CPRA. Contact us at hello@meemowellness.com to exercise these rights.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
