1. Acceptance of terms
By using Meemo Wellness, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a U.S. state where our clinical services are offered. Meemo Wellness is not available outside the United States.
3. Nature of services
Meemo Wellness connects you with independent licensed physicians who provide clinical care. Meemo Wellness itself does not provide medical care and is not a substitute for in-person emergency medical care.
4. Subscription & billing
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled. Cancel anytime in your patient portal. You're responsible for all charges incurred under your account. Medication and lab fees are billed separately.
5. Medical disclaimer
Meemo Wellness is not for emergencies. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Content on this site is for informational purposes and is not medical advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meemo Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
